Custom and Personalized Products

All Trend Monkey products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Color preference changes
  • Team, school, or organization apparel
  • Personalized or custom-decorated items
  • Promotional products
  • Custom apparel and merchandise

Please carefully review all sizing charts, product details, personalization information, and order quantities before submitting your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during production, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, email info@thetrendmonkey.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or re-production of the affected item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Trend Monkey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
