Shipping Policy
We use USPS or UPS for all orders shipped in the US. Our current processing time is listed below*:
- 3-5 business days for vinyl, sublimation, or screen printed items.
- 5-7 business days for Rhinestone printed items
- 7-10 business days for embroidered items
Once shipped standard shipping takes 2-8 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week of ordering. * NOTE: these times do not apply to Online Team/Organizaion Stores. Please refer to the instructions on your Online site or contact your team/organization representative with shipping questions.
ORDER STATUS
- Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through carrier tracking services.

- If your need your order rushed please choose accordingly at checkout to quickly receive your package. **Does Not Apply to Online Team/Organization Stores. Please refer to the instructions on your Online site or contact your team/organization representative with shipping questions.
- All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Trend Monkey Gifts & Apparel. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Trend Monkey Gifts & Apparel delivers these items to the carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Pearland, Texas, you're in luck! Trend Monkey Gifts & Apparel offers free local pickup! Just select that option at checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
We are located at 8201 Broadway St, Ste 147, Pearland, TX 77581.
