When Will My Order Be Ready?
This will vary based on each store. Print on demand store orders will usually be ready in 7-10 business days. Batch print store orders will be ready 7-10 business days AFTER the Store/ Campaign closes. This can take up to 4-6 weeks.
What is the Refund/Exchange Policy?
All Sales are final on decorated goods, however if your item arrives damaged or defective, or the order is incorrect, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable item. Contact Us if you have an issue with your order.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Your store should include "ORDER INSTRUCTIONS" that will advise dates and turnaround times. You should also expect to receive an email notification or a phone call to confirm your order is complete.
I Missed the Deadline, Can I still Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional orders for your shop after the close date. However, we might be able to offer some of the items through an individual purchase; additional fees may apply. Please email us at info@thetrendmonkey.com to inquire.
