Heat printing gives us the most flexibility in printing on a multitude of items and full color design options
Heat Printing
Heat printing, also known as heat transfer printing, is the process of applying heat transfer materials to various items with a heat press. Heat-applied materials contain a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side; when heat is applied by a heat press to the material, the material adheres to the substrate, resulting in a decorated garment.
There are several forms of heat printing, and we determine the best method to use based on several factors like item type, shape, size, and design.
We currently offer:
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Screen Printed Transfers
DTF Transfers
Sublimation
and Eco Solvent Vinyl Transfers.
Normal turn-around is about 3-5 business days, but rush service is available for embroidery if you would like your garments right away or if you have an event deadline.
Pricing for Heat Printing depends on a few key factors:
Quantity of items – There is no minimum requirement for the number of items to be embroidered. But, we do offere bulk discount pricing on orders of 24 or more oieces, so the larger the quantity, the better the pricing.
Brand, style, and color of items selected – the quality in the item you choose will affect your pricing , so premium and branded apparel items will be more expensive that our standard basic apparel styles. You can view some of the different apparel options in our Catalogs.
Size of the design –embroidery pricing does depend on the size because the larger the design the more stitches required to create the design. To save on your order, choose a simpler design without a large fill.
The Number of print locations (Front, back, sleeve…) – Adding more placements does increase the price.
